Our original location, located in the charming, Western-style town of Sisters, Oregon, Slick's Que Co. combines authentic pit BBQ, signature rubs and sauces, a festive environment and great service to create the most flavorful and mouthwatering experience you'll ever have in a fun, family-friendly and fast casual restaurant. In May of 2011, we opened our second Slick's Que Co. in Bend, Oregon with the same great menu and environment as the original joint in Sisters.

Walk in the door of Slick’s Que Co. and you’ll immediately feel welcome as part of our extended family; you’ll see, hear, smell and taste the heart and soul that we put into our food and guest experience. Owner and pitmaster Roy Slicker has traveled all over the country visiting BBQ joints large and small, and now serves on the Board of Director's as President-Elect of the National BBQ Association, all with the goal of serving the most tender and flavorful "Que" you'll ever taste.

In June of 2010, just one year after it's grand opening, Slick’s Que Co. in Sisters was honored as one of "The Best of the Best BBQ Restaurants in America" by the National BBQ News Publication. The Slick’s Que Co. restaurants are quickly becoming popular destinations for people all over the West, with most of our guests making the trek as a result of the continuous word-of-mouth referrals about the food, service and atmosphere.
