Salads & Sides

Our salads and sides are fresh creations from old family recipes:

Potato Salad - made with roasted garlic, a little rosemary and smoked salt and pepper.
Cole Slaw - in the family for 65 years. Its chunchy with the perfect balance between sweet and sour.
Baked Beans- Slick's pineapple roasted baked beans are a big hit! Eat em with brisket and slaw - WOW!
Garlic Mash - roasted garlic, smoked salt and pepper. Mix em with the slaw!
Mac-N-Cheese - made here with three cheeses (no velveeta!) and topped with our special Mac topping.
