Walk in the door of Slick's Que Co. and you'd immediately feel welcome as part of our extended family; you'd see, hear, smell and taste the heart and soul that we put into our food and guest experience. Owner and pitmaster Roy Slicker had traveled all over the country visiting BBQ joints large and small, served on the Board of Directors, and was a past President of the National BBQ Association, all with the goal of serving the most tender and flavorful "Que" you'd ever taste.
In June of 2010 and again in 2015 and 2016, Slick's Que Co.was honored as one of "The Best of the Best BBQ Restaurants in America" by the BBQ News Publication. Slick's Que Co. quickly became a popular destination for people all over the West, with most of our guests making the trek as a result of the continuous word-of-mouth referrals about the food, service and atmosphere.
